Slightly Embarrassed
Unicorn’s special & unique blend of Seyval, Chardonel, and Chambourcin is a fun new twist on an all time favorite. This wine has 1.5% residual sugar and a beautiful strawberry color. The strawberry and raspberry aromas enhance the perception of raspberry and pomegranate flavors.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
A light Cabernet with hints of black cherry and Raspberry, this wine pairs nicely with your favorite barbeque or Italians dish.
2004 Merlot
This light to medium bodied wine has nuances of pomegranate and black cherry with a smooth finish.
2005 Chambourcin
French-American hybrid. This Chianti-style wine has light tannins, and ripe berry aromas and flavors.
2005 Petit Nacional
50% Petite Verdot and 50% Touriga Nacional make this a “must have” on everyone’s table. Black cherry aromas & vanilla flavors with pepper and herbaceous undertones.
2004 Cabernet Franc
This wine has delicate bell pepper aromas and subtle blackberry and vanilla flavors.
2005 Meritage
A Bordeaux-style blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 25% Cabernet Franc.
Crimson Sunset
Off dry wine with hints of pomegranate and currant. Red wine with training wheels. Serve chilled.
Obsidian
A port-style wine started as an experiment and ended in perfection. Aged in French & American oak for 18 months. A rich, complex dessert wine enjoyed at room temperature. The aromas of chocolate, coffee, and anise enable the “jammy” flavors to be paired with your favorite dark chocolate cake or sipped by itself.
